Eligibility & Age Requirement

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 245bet (the "Platform" or "Company"). By accessing any part of the 245bet website at 245bet.vip, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not have been previously excluded from 245bet through a self-exclusion request, a regulatory exclusion order, or a platform-initiated ban. Attempting to re-register under a different identity following an exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.

245bet reserves the right to request age-verification documents — including a national identification card, passport, or birth certificate — from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 245bet platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different name, email address, phone number, payment method, or device — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 245bet will close the secondary account or accounts, and any balances or bonus credits held in those accounts will be voided.

Registration Requirements

When creating your 245bet account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Account Security

Deposit Bonus Wagering

Where a deposit bonus has been credited to your account, your ability to withdraw funds may be conditional on completing the wagering requirement attached to that bonus. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion of the balance being forfeited, while the original deposit amount (where applicable) remains withdrawable.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer is intended for one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Transferring, trading, or selling bonus credits is prohibited.

245bet runs periodic promotional campaigns aligned with significant occasions in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26), as well as major cricket events such as BPL season and the T20 World Cup. These seasonal promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated alongside the promotional offer.

Prohibited Conduct

By using 245bet, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform. In serious cases, 245bet may share information with relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks on legitimate transactions, or any other form of financial fraud directed at 245bet or its payment partners.

• Money laundering: Using 245bet to process, layer, or integrate funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Underage access: Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent the 18+ age restriction, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 245bet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphic elements, text, software code, game assets, promotional materials, and any other proprietary material — is the exclusive intellectual property of 245bet or is used under licence from the respective rights holders. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any 245bet intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any 245bet content without the prior written consent of 245bet. Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data from the 245bet platform for commercial purposes is expressly prohibited. Breach of this section may give rise to civil and criminal liability in addition to account termination.

Game titles, studio names, and provider brands appearing on the 245bet platform — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — are the property of their respective owners. These names are used on the 245bet platform under the terms of commercial agreements between 245bet and those providers and do not constitute any endorsement by those providers of 245bet beyond the scope of their commercial relationship.

Limitation of Liability

Amendments & Termination

Account Closure by the Player

Account Suspension and Termination by 245bet

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law.
